Vetri Formia Murano Figurine Sculpture TROPICAL GREEN PARROT BIRD Gold Fleck
Amazing example of Murano art and craftsmanship. The gold dust/flecks in this green parrot statue sparkle brilliantly in the light. It is a lovely emerald green. The beak is a deep somewhat opaque cranberry red.
It is about 10” tall and 5” wide.
The original Murano and Formia labels are still attached.

Salacia is represented as a beautiful nymph, crowned with seaweed, driving in a pearl shell chariot drawn by dolphins and seahorses. Salacia is the personification of the calm and sunlit aspect of the sea.

Dimensions are 19 inches long, 6 1/4 inches wide, 3 1/2 inches deep (wooden mask only) 31 × 14 inches with rope hair. Weights approximately 2 lbs.
