Hi Everyone,

If you are thinking about downsizing your stuff, you are not alone. I speak with people almost daily on ways to sell. Sometimes they want to sell super fast, and sometimes it's over time.

2. After sorting through this, concentrate on what you want to Sell. How do you know the approximate value of your items? Where will you sell your items? How will you get the items to the buyer? Are you prepared to ship them out? Will you do an estate sale? It may seem daunting, but being organized is key.
3. Option A- Sell your items yourself and keep 100%. 
   Option B- Have an Estate Sale and do it yourself OR have someone else do it for you.
   Option C- Have LAV come in and evaluate/discuss the best route to take. 
   
4. Your home is ready to go and you are under less stress. Ahhh. That feels really good.
