How to sell on Facebook MarketPlace

Hi Everyone,
So, you want to sell online but not sure what is truly entails? It seems so easy, like watching pro athletes excel in their sports. But you can spend a lot of time in the process. Here are some of my top tips to help you determine if MarketPlace is the way to sell your items.

1. Take the best photos possible.  Make sure you take the maximum amount of pictures. They’ll sell your items and people buy with their eyes.
2. Research your items. This may be time consuming, but it is key to setting a competitive price.  Before pricing your items, browse comparable listings to see what others are asking.
3. Include the maximum amount of targeted tags.  If you’re selling vintage toys, make sure you describe what you are selling.
4. Make it convenient by offering delivery. I’d ask for a deposit if possible. This will identify your buyer. Curbside delivery is best.

5. Ship your items. If possible, it opens up your marketplace. It is time consuming.
6. Renew your listings. Consider adjusting your prices.

7. Don’t think it’s easy to sell anything online. I’ve been selling online for over 22 years and it’s anything but easy. It’s exhausting at times. But if you have a passion for it, you’ll never work a day in your life.
